Mrs. Carter

Background...Mrs. Carter was Hollys Assistant Kindergarten Teacher this past year. She is also a friend and a client.
Holly cut her finger on a razor this morning. It bled off and on for hours. I kept reapplying pressure and band-aids. FINALLY this afternoon it stopped bleeding .... or so we thought. She comes out of the bathroom holding her finger up in another bloody napkin. She looks at me and with all seriousness says
Sometimes I wish Mrs. Carter was my mother. She would know how to fix my finger the first time"
I told you guys sending my baby girl to school was a bad idea. Now I have a bad mother complex.
